Featuring Vocalist Cheryl Palmour
Cheryl, who has a long history in theatre, both as a teacher and an actor, is a professor at CVCC and one of FT’s leading directors. Her most recent foray in acting was her award-winning performance of Corrie ten Boom in The Hiding Place. She also directed this memorable musical. Cheryl has directed The Mousetrap for CVCC which was performed at Family Theatre January 2008 and also FT’s Our Town in March 2008. In January 2008 Cheryl presented the one woman show Julie Julie and in July 2008 Cheryl presented her one woman show This is My Country for Family Theatre; both were a huge success. Among all her many performances over the years, Cheryl especially enjoyed portraying Mother Abbess in The Sound of Music and Golde in Fiddler on the Roof.

Cheryl Palmour, who has been the lead in countless shows including Fiddler on the Roof,The Sound of Music, Anne of Green Gables - the Musical, The Hiding Place, and The Glass Menagerie shares the stage with Theresa Garcia in FT's Valentine Special Saturday, Feb. 13 at 7:30 PM.

Cheryl Palmour. one of our instructors in our fall classes portrayed Marilla in the FT musical Anne of Green Gables 2004 at the Broadway Playhouse. She also directed this memorable musical.
