Ticketing: Tickets for performances are sold as final sale. There are no refunds.
Exchanges: May be made. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Seating: General seating is available. Doors to theatre open 30 minutes prior to show start.
Tables available if you would like to bring dinner to the theatre. Call 803-629-5526 to reserve a table.
Delivery Details: Please print your payment receipt as confirmation of purchase, your specific show date, and time. Present this receipt at the box office as your ticket.
Cancellations: You may exchange for another performance of the show. Tickets are also transferable to a person of your choice.
If it is necessary to cancel, meaning your seat will not be used, please give a courtesy call. No refunds.
Reservations: There are 3 ways of making reservations:
1. (RECOMMENDED) Make a secure online reservation with payment to insure a guaranteed seat.
2. Call to make a reservation by phone 803-629-5526. Please arrive before 10 min. before showtime.
3. We open the theatre doors 30 minutes prior to show time for seating.
Those arriving without reservations may be placed on a Wait List for available seats.
At 10 minutes before show time, those on the Wait List may purchase tickets
and unclaimed reservations will be released as necessary.
